This was the package with the water refill which was leaking, the refill wasn't in a box so the installation is a schlep as it is falling over and unable to hold up in the compartment. Also, the dispenser isnt dispensing the water, not sure if it is because of the hole in the bag or some other issue.

Machine is convenient and easy to use. Looks stylish and fits the overall aesthetic
It’s great but the hot and cold water stickers is mixed up
Great products and excellent efficient service
Easy to use, cold water in minutes with sleek modern design. What more can you ask for? Will definitely recommend.
The water cooler is a convenient, easy to use and maintain, with a compact design that fits well in my kitchen. The water tastes great and is always refreshing. Overall, the water cooler is a great investment for anyone who wants access to hot and cold water on demand.
Awesome water cooler - easy to setup and use!
Works extremely well and very convenient.
The entire experience was a disappointment. I had to follow up 10 days after my order was placed on when delivery would take place. The system is advertised as very cool and sleek water system but it really only a Midea water dispenser with water in a box.
We are loving having such tasty water on tap! Hot, cool or really cold!! So delicious tasting it invites us to drink some more!
It works very well, just a bit to noisy to my liking😊
Def my favourite appliance in the kitchen. Easy to set-up en refill. And quality water.
Love the look and that the water box is hidden😊 Taste of water is definitely much refreshing
I'm a little confused, as the driver said they would contact me as per the description. It's the cooler and an aqua box. I never received the aqua box. The machine is pretty cool, but the pouring is super slow.
Hi, thanks for the water, its good, but the cold function on the water cooler does not work at all? Please assist! Thanks, Lia
Wonderful service, the unit is easy to use and effective. The sleek look fits with all decor types.
Great machine to have ice cold cool water , easy to use
Love the unit and water!
Best gift for myself ever
The black Aquacooler looks very stylish and the convenience of cold water at the push of a button is very practical and saves on individual, smaller bottles of water.
