Mountain Falls is closed on all public holidays.
Orders will be processed between 8-5pm Monday to Friday.

DELIVERIES

Once we receive payment, you can expect delivery between 3-5 working days for Cape Town. All other areas 3-7 working days. 

Please make sure the address you provide is clear and that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery.

Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

COLLECTIONS

Depending on the pickup location you selected during checkout, you can collect your Mountain Falls or Acquabox from one of our trusted locations:

• Cape Town: RM Logistics Cape Town - 10 Blend Cresent, Firgrove Industrial Estate, Somerset West. Collection Times: Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm.
• Johannesburg: RM Logistics Johannesburg – Unit 3, 6 Napoli Close, Cosmo Business Park, Johannesburg. Collection Times: Monday to Friday between 11am and 4pm.
• Johannesburg 2: Zarmi Foods – 14 Birch Road, Benoni Agricultural Holdings, Johannesburg.Collection Times: Monday to Friday between 9am to 3pm.
• Port Elizabeth: NDL PE – 20 Doyle Street, North End, Port Elizabeth. Collection Times: Monday to Friday between 9am to 3pm.
• KwaZulu – Natal: Igmis Express Durban – 9 Leeukop Road, Westmead, Pinetown. Collection Times: Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm.
