The tap should be on the length of the box and not on the end of the box. The box should stand up with the tap at the bottom so that it's easier to get all the water out. Otherwise I am taking the bag out the box to get the rest of the water out which deceives the point of having it in a box

The delivery only took 2 working days, however, one of my 15L box had an issue - the bag was leaking when I opened, I had to get a big container to store the 15L water to stop the leaking

Absolutely the best thing ever for camping. Packs beautifully, stands nicely on the camping table and tastes great. The tap works brilliantly and it's easy to full water bottles and kettles. So much easier and more convenient, and uses way less space, than taking 5l bottles of water with us. On top of that once the box is empty, it's easy to burn in your fire, so no need to carry empty containers with you for the rest of the trip. I'm a very happy camper ;)
