AcquaBox 10L - Still Mineral Water on tap (Bag-in-Box)

The water tastes fantastic and is of excellent quality. However, the 10L packaging was disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. See picture attached. The reason I purchased it was to place it out when entertaining guests so that they could help themselves to water, but the packaging is unfortunately not suitable for this purpose and would be rather embarrassing to have on display. I am relieved that I only ordered one unit to try it out before purchasing more.

The previous box was very sturdy. We use this for camping as it fits nicely into the car. better than 5 L bottles. But the new packaging is very flimsy. I had to put packing tape around the box so it would not break.

I was very happy with the water itself. And while I know the delivery process isn’t sully in your control, the fact that the box arrived dirty and squashed, made it unpleasant to display on my counter. This in itself makes me not want to order again. Just wanted to bring to Your attention incase other customers are having the same experience
