A study was done, where women drank 1 litre of sodium-rich mineral water per day for two months each. The results showed that mineral water intake raised the levels of good (HDL) cholesterol whilst lowering bad cholesterol.ย

Arrived timeously yet although I have over 2000 points I've never been able to succesfully purchase on your website, but always have to call your office and get an invoice emailed to me which I pay with eft. Our family loves Mountain Falls water - one daughter loves the sparkling and wished you made the 1.5l as she is a waitress and carries this with her all evening. The 1l doesn't get her through a shift. My other daughter, although not a running by any stretch, uses it all the time as an au pair - being one handed it works perfectly all day. For me, I'm at my desk and in our gallery ... and on the go .... no time to stop so the 500ml Still Water is perfect to keep on my desk to drink all day. I have a fridge near by to keep them cool. I now have a sculpture installation in the corner of my office of my empties - towering - waiting for the fall!!! hehe
