We received the first delivery of the refill for which we presume it is for the aquacooler we have not received uet. When the box arrived it was completely smashed and not possible to use in the aquacooler. Because of the delay of the aquacooler we were also promised compensation water, which we have not received. At this stage we are highly disappointed as it is the third issue before we even received the actual cooler: 1. The black dispenser could be ordered but after payment there was no stock, so we went for the option of the grey one and asked it not to be delivered before the 15th of December 2. We subscribed for the two week refill. The debit orders go off but the water was never delivered (till . 3. my emails remained unanswered with regards to the compensation water and debit orders without delivery. 4. The refill was delivered on Friday, box completely smashed. We will further await the delivery of the aquacooler on Monday 15 dec. We changd our holiday plans for this watercooler to be delivered. Kindly advise how you will solve all the above as we don’t want a repeat every two weeks.
